Melipona.World connects stingless bee science, field practice, education, biodiversity monitoring, and emerging value chains that are currently scattered across Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Built as connective infrastructure rather than a beekeeping project, it brings together farmers, scientists, educators, government partners, and local communities to strengthen coordination, verification, Codex-style standards for stingless bee products, and visibility for bee ecosystems across the equatorial belt. As a nonprofit platform, we depend on philanthropic support, institutional partnerships, and individual contributions to keep this work moving — from building a country-by-country ambassador program of trusted local connectors to supporting coordination, education, research visibility, biodiversity monitoring, and future standards for stingless bee products and ecosystems.
